I would never guess snapchats would be used as evidence so I don't think he's dumb it's something new the producers will prevent next time imo

I think it matters alot. What's done is done. They cant put the genie back in that bottle. They both should have been discreet. I assume they promised, contracted and swore not to divulge the ending.
Honestly I find it hard to believe they were so lazy , indifferent or just plain stupid as to be openly snapchatting one another. If it was important or fun to do so , why didnt they set up new accounts with super secret names without friending anyone.else. at. all?

Is there any chance that he did not realize the general public could see who his favorites are?

Will be interesting to see if this SnapChatGate makes the tabloids and if they make a big deal about his #1 snapchatter is with Miss Georgia.
