I really don't think that this SC happens in France. When I watch the video where this kiss takes place, Andi's ponytail is close to the nape of her neck. Her ponytail in France is almost at the top of her head.

It was cold in Belgium  and Andi is wearing a turtleneck on her date with Marcus. I really think it could be from episode 7.
