Great observation. I remember Chris Siegfried saying what he had with Des didn't compare with the others and JP telling his mother Ilene that his relationship with Ashley was different than the others, but Marcus saying it gives me a very different "vibe". The fact that he also compares his relationship with a specific competitor, Josh, is one factor. The other is that he says it twice and so much sooner on the show, not episode #7 in Madeira or on a Long Island hometown.

Yeah JBF, it looks like they (the guys) see Josh as a strong contender for Andi's heart and this early on without a one on one date. There has to be more going on. 

I don't know why but i see Marcus having the same exit as Ben F, he's so sure about his relationship with Andi and the day she'll say goodbye to him will be brutal, i just feel it.

OK OK folks... I got the subtle message. I should not B too "snarky" about everybody's favorite stallion. I like him too. He keeps me in stitches episode after episode. I just don't want to see this forum have a huge hissy fit if she "happens to choose" b-o-r-i-n-g Chris over him. We've had enough outrage in past 'ette seasons over "that dumb broad choosing the wrong guy".

If we just compare these caps, she looks happier with Chris than Marcus but to be fair these were just pics at a time given, maybe as a whole video it was different.

I don't know why I keep thinking Marcus is F2 instead of Nick or Josh. Something about the way he is edited.

It's ok to have hissy fits, just not against each other. You can be as snarky as you like on any contestant!   

I'm with you on the order of the finale. Something's not right as far as Josh's edit for the F1.

How's this? Unfortunately, Andi is wearing her pouty face -- which is my least favorite look of hers, but apparently it seems to be her default expression.

That is my least favorite too, Litta. For me it reads as a "sign" she could be "playing" him. I was also bothered by the editors' frequent use of the court house signs on his date as if to suggest she's putting Nick "on trial".

I know this conversation belongs in the edit thread, but it "feels" like the pecking order is "hidden until Eric's death" F1 Chris (I can hear the gasps and moans already!), Marcus as the "flawless" one positioned to surprise All of America by getting eliminated in the finale, while Josh and Nick are the "competitors" battling it out for the top 3 spot. Andrew singled them out in his wrath as "lowlifes" (and Nick also criticized him briefly, although Josh did 90% of the Andy Attack).

Now... going by voice-overs...

Harrison used the key line of "not hearing your name" over Marcus and "you will go home immediately" over Josh. If these lines aren't throw-aways that mean nothing, then they are foreshadow edits suggesting that Marcus goes the "normal" route (either at a rose ceremony or FRC) and Josh is "ousted" unexpectedly... not at a "normal" rose ceremony or FRC. Perhaps Josh is eliminated "normal" but is a Boomerang Boy who makes a second attempt to win her heart? I wonder if... since the edit hints this by the way Nick's flowers were "interrupting" another contestant's chances (Eric)... if one of Nick's dates (fantasy? last chance?) gets interrupted by Josh. Also... Josh's "man-up" drama with Andrew and "I don't want to be a sore loser" edit on the basketball date suggests that he doesn't handle rejection easily late in the game. Something definitely odd happens late in the season and this is why the fantasy date screencaps are missing.

Granted, I do not want to add pooh-pooh to the Two Great Love Stories so many here see with Josh and Nick, but their edits are rather quirky for "final ones". Unless that is The Point, since Andi had a quirky edit last season.

Maybe you're on to something here, let's wait and see what the 1 on 1 brings and i hope we get a preview of the rest of the season and if they don't show us nothing than what we've seen already then i'll be sure that you're right. What about the PI where Andi is crying her heart out, maybe that's when Josh or Nick leaved ?

Right now I just have The Show telling me this... and you know how deceptive THAT can be.

Oh... you know fully well that the media circus (twitter, "sightings", Men Tell All attendee reports, etc.) will be ridiculous. Remember that scene in Jurassic Park with Jeff Goldblum luring the Tyrannosaurus away from the vehicle of tasty kiddie treats? The only "sign" that has me curious is the rapidly disappearing "Andi out of a job" thread over on the motherboard (abc.com). Something reported there was a No-No.

Just for fun...although it's not a fair comparison for Josh who is not on a 1-1. I'll update this once his date occurs, but for now...

Andi definitely seems to be enjoying time with her F4.
