I took a guess that it was another one of the rejected contestants but was summarily shot down.

Agreed. Which would also explain the desire to talk to him immediately. It's definitely a guy he is talking to.

You cud be right the only reason I don't think it was is whoever was on the phone asked how old she was and I would think or rather hope they know that information

I think Nick wasn't liked by some like Andrew, Tasos, & Cody but has his friends. I know we've said it before but RS also said Nikki wasn't liked by the others and it turns out she had some good friends.
