If Nick was picked by the producers to comfort Andi, why were the guys mad at him? They should be mad at producers! Drama drama drama! I agree with MURA posted, it's probably 50-50. Same with the non-date card and flowers/note. I imagine the producers went to Nick "you didn't get any date time, what do you think you should do? " Nick "I probably will create my own date card" Producers "great idea ! Let us help you with champagne". Same with the flowers.
When the infamous plane video first came out, I was like "oh, NO! Nick will get the worst edit ever!!" but I feel he's getting a pretty good edit up until last week. The drama started yesterday and will continue next week, from the promo. I wonder if Nick's edit will take a down turn??
Is Nick the oldest out of all the remaining men? I like that whenever he's with Andi, he never said "you are the most amazing woman, you are so beautiful, I can't wait to kiss you", but it's "i have a crush on you, like a 12-year-old boy. I hope you find it endearing! " YES, IT"S ENDEARING! awwww

I like how their relationship progresses, and every episode gives us something growing between them, from emotional connection (Andi seemed genuinely interested in what he had to say) to physical intimacy. I also like how their date is just 2 of them, not in front of others, like Marcus and Chris, so that they can get to know each other better. It looks like Josh's date is like that, just him and Andi. Maybe she reserved those kind of dates for her favorites? No doubt in my mind Josh and Nick were her f2 at this point.

I liked the way he chose to hold her hand and listen rather than being a "fixer". My kind of compassion :yes:

Chris showed compassion in the same way with Dylan.

Alright, TeamNick, game over. RS showed more evidence of Josh being f1. Basically how he snapchats with Andi after the show, how Josh was filmed returning from DR to Miami May 11. If you don't wan to go to his site, go to Josh's thread.

So more information has miraculously fell into RS lap this season. He said himself that producers are planting things on SM. I'm torn! I feel like the more he posts, the more I think Josh is F1. But then again, the more proof he has, the more I question if it really is that easy for him to have all this "proof"!

The guys were jealous. Maybe Nick was a little smug or confident. He should be. Hasn't changed my opinion of him and the whole drama was probably producer driven. You can't be liked by everyone and the person he was most hostile to was Andrew, who JJ and Josh were chasing the other night challenging what kind of "man" he was.

And I can totally be team nick without thinking that he is F1. Because that is extremely unlikely.

Next week's show description paints him as arrogantly calling himself the "frontrunner." Who knows if he calls himself that or if people just think he thinks that. And he actually is, along with Josh, so....really pointless production driven drama for this tv show.

Talking bout being smug!! How I wish RS is wrong! :angryemotion

Nothing against Josh being f1, I mean I can see their chemistry, but it is so anti-climatic! and if Andi goes back to her type, what fun it is?
Anyway, I am going to see if Andi was truly torn between her f2 until last minute or if she took Nick to f2 for whatever reasons we discussed before.

I don't think "smug" is an attractive attribute, but that's just me. When I see someone looking down their nose at others, it turns me off. I don't fault him for going to comfort her, especially if it was producer driver (can't fault him for that!), but his reaction to the other guys was pompous. I was on the fence, but that mannerism is something I just don't abide. If you're mad, be mad, say you're mad. I think his way of dealing with defensiveness is to act smug and arrogant- "I'm so above all of you." YUCK!

I think Nick reacted totally appropriate. What was smug was other guys getting annoyed because they didn't think of it first.

What will they think of these Marcel Marceau wanna-bes? As usual, the guys try their best – except for one man who has an attitude problem. At the after party, one arrogant bachelor is confronted about his overly-confident bragging that he is “frontrunner,” and Marquel calls out another man who he believes has made some reprehensible comments about him. J J steals Andi away from the drama for a fun romantic ride on a Ferris wheel overlooking the city’s glittering lights. But will all the tension make Andi change her mind about handing out a rose?
