Maybe he's in the running to be the bach and tptb may or may not use his footage. I imagine anything could happen to any lead be it Chris or whomever and they need a spare.

It's just sad to me.  There's no way she would change her mind and be hated like Jason was.   I mean what is going to happen on this ATFR???  It makes me cringe just thinking about it.  

IMO, no way is he going to ask for a second chance at atfr, so I don't think anything will be happening. She's going to be sitting there in a 4 carat ring from Josh when Nick comes out, I hope he doesn't let tptb manipulate him into something ridiculous.

It just makes me wonder.  Why was he filmed in Milwaukee.  Why was he in LA right afterwards when she was there and Josh wasn't.

Planning a celebration in MKE?
To rendezvous with his fiancé?

I can see Nick going to LA to meet with Andi but I don't see how this would tie in with him being filmed in Milwaukee

This is exactly what Im thinking. In the picture with Bella he looks sad. They are going to show how depressed he was post show. They left the talk in during his first 1 on 1 about not being able to let go of his longtime gf, then again during the FD, it was done for a reason.

Someone needs to go through Nick's SM from the day he first tweeted, to see if there are any clues that he might have tried to do this.

Arie apparently flew to Charlotte to meet Emily, but thought better of it when he got there. He called her instead, and left his journal on her doorstep and flew back home.

Reid apparently left, and came back during the FRC, but IIRC it was sleuthed that he never really "left" or am I getting confused with another season.

I agree. It probably be a whole narrative of how Nick misses Andi and how his family encourages him to fight for her and maybe they filmed him meeting with Andi in LA. I just worry how he may have been feeling after watching Monday's episode and seeing Andi's interview with AH as to how she is ready to shout it off the rooftops as to who her F1 was made him feel.

We know there certainly was with Reid (that was still during filming of course), and wasn't it proven that the producers had a hand in "encouraging" Arie to fly to Charlotte? I really hope it's not true, but who knows?

Well, if that article is to be believed, at least Andi must have handled it herself (assuming she didn't tell Josh), instead of making her fiance do her dirty work like a certain blonde we know.
