I do think that Sean was trying to be in the background since it was a celebration of Catherine's endeavor. JMO.

Oh I totally get him staying more in the background and not turning it into a bachelor fan event and totally support that. I just think it was a dumb idea not to get the guest of honor and her husband on the carpet and perhaps a couple nice ones greeting the fans. Let's face it, its their Bachelor fame that is generating interest until Catherine's product can be become known (which it eventually will). So I just question the judgment of a start up that doesn't take advantage of a golden opportunity. Two to four pictures wouldn't have been too much and would have sparked a lot more interest than 185 photos of virtual unknowns. JMO

Lipsis, I totally agree! IMO majority of the ladies came to the event just to see Sean The Bachelor and support Catherine also. S&G should also recognize Sean's presence.

I agree with you, I think Sean would prefer to be in the background supporting his wife. Sean would love for Catherine to shine.

After looking at the Facebook I agree, they should have done a better job unless Sean did not want to be highlighted.

Also agree, Sean should have been included in some pictures. He supports her endeavors, fans want to see him, silly on S&g part.

Agreed, not using Sean's presence was a mistake IMO. Truth be told he is a big part of the draw. I wonder if he'll go to all the launches? I wonder if this was inadvertent, planned by S&G or decided by Sean and Catherine. Interesting. no idea

I just went to the fb page... and couldn't scroll through all the photos to get to Sean. But unless I think S&G thought that people would want to see pictures of themselves at the party. It wasn't a meet and greet, it wasn't a celebrity event per se (Catherine and Sean happen to be celebrities of sorts and it's true Catherine's notoriety as such allowed her this opportunity for a named line, but still not a celebrity event in that way). All of those people did get to see Sean. We would be critical of 185 fan pics of Sean, with or without Catherine, and fans.

^^^ It may have been intentional. There isn't a picture of Megan or her partner with their husbands either. I saw a picture of Megan's husband with her sister Mallory, but that was it.

Motheroffive, good observing. This makes me think they wanted to make it about the ladies and concentrate on them as being in the spot light for their business. I can see that.
