     I think the bachelorette gets to keep it as long as they are a couple or last longer than 2 years. If the engagement is broken prior to 2 years, they give the ring back. That is how I remember it anyway-- it's been a while since we really reviewed the contract.

Thanks!  I guess JPG didn't get to keep it then since he didn't propose in the show.  What if he decides to propose within two year?  Can he ask for the ring?

Just read the IG comment and Nikki's tweet. She's scheduled to start working tomorrow and if the delay is long she won't be able to take a good rest to prepare for work tomorrow. No wonder she's pissed off.

I have to google what PRN means as i'm not familiar with the term. No idea what is her exact status at Mercy but based on her tweets, Nikki usually works 3-6 days long shifts then get a 4-8 days off. One time she also tweeted she got cancelled and the next day we saw pics of her in NYC with JPG. So most likely she's a PRN, it would explain the flexibility in her schedule and why she's able to get an extended vacation time and be with JPG every other week.

From what i read PRN should be able to fill in staffing gaps. So i'm assuming that though Nikki is a pediatric nurse she also needs to be experienced in other areas of specialty.

She mentioned during the show that she worked first as a Nursing Care Assistant prior to pursuing her Nursing degree. I think she passed the board 2 years ago.
