I'm sitting here waiting on Mura's analysis after Episode 5.#TeamNick

many clues in edit and media round that i couldnt lay out comprehensively, but i believe his obstacles--as per edit, not necessarily what actually happened-- would be around : 1) him being skeptical   (we knew this from epi.3) and 2) being targeted by the other guys. we did get to see the latter on the last epi (ep.5) . Andi needed to test him whether he is open and honest. He passed that. The keyword Wife implying Andi saw him in her future.

as for the blog, well, its not like she said blatantly 'he fooled me' or ' manipulating' me or anything like that... she did mention 'that night' in her paragraph..so in my book it didnt rule out him as the F1. Blog of ep.6 and 7 should be interesting !

honestly, i would rather see him ended up with someone like Joey Deschanel   . but im afraid ADA Pookie already snatched him after he 'proved' himself worth for an A+ in MeanDi's 'Fleissian test'  :P :P :P

i called this as open -honesty test (minus the list )-- we just can tell that this scene is VERY choppy

The two episodes before HTD should be interesting as well as her blogs for sure.

Given all we saw about Nick last night, I still think he is the most suitable for her.

What did Andi quote of hers and did it pertain to Josh or Nick?

Something about her not being a prize to be won, and that Nick alluding to being the frontrunner was making her think she was a competition to him or something like that.

She can't have it both ways. If she doesn't want to be treated as a prize then don't act like one!! She's having these guys jump through hoops for her like they are trained chimps. 
Olivia Pope is a (tv drama) crisis manager running her own firm who was a former lawyer and white house aid---currently Andi is a reality tv lead who has quit her ADA job. Big leap there. The only things they have in common is they were both on tv and former lawyers.  One will be successfully coming back for another season, who knows what the future brings for the other.

I just went and read it…. I'd call it bitchy!

I started talking to them individually and I got the sense that there was some tension between the guys and Nick – specifically that Nick had suggested to some effect that he was the "frontrunner." Obviously I don’t like this term, because it made me feel like this was a competition and that I’m a prize, and like Olivia Pope has said, "I am not a prize at the state fair. You cannot win me!" Needless to say, I was not happy at the turn of events that night. Giving the rose to JJ was the obvious choice that night.

Puh-lease.  The entire premise of the Bachelorette is that she is a prize to be won!  Every episode has a competitive group date where the prize is 1-1 time with MeAndi or the coveted rose.  When the group is split into teams, winners get to party with MeAndi and the losers go back to the hotel.  Unless one of the losers is Josh.  

CH reminds the contestants repeatedly to step up their game, make the most of any moment with the 'ette and that the stakes are high!  In a deleted scene, we even saw CH tell the guys multiple times that MeAndi didn't like the bro-mances and they'd better cut it out because HTDs were just two weeks away.  Pressure, much? 

I enjoy Scandal and can state emphatically that MeAndi is nothing like Olivia Pope.  Not. Even. Close.

couldnt agree more  .not to mention it is Andi who 'chase' him .

One of my great' invention' of being '12 Years of a Slave' of this silly show    is that we practically will see some of of the guys's BIO exemplified in the story line of the show (i know, what a shocker!..NOT).

Here is what stood out for me from Nick's Bio :

What is your ideal mate's personality like?
Someone who is truly confident in herself and expects a lot but gives as much. Someone who wants to bring out the best in me.

the theme of this season is Great Love. it required take and give, mutual respect and trust, as well as accepting the other-half's flaws, IMO. I would think we will/already see this dynamic in the story line of this season..and in how the ending will pans out.

i expect we will get to see the bolded from next episodes onward. It will be Andi's turn. (including give him roses back to back on ep.6 n 7). This guy is really smart and intuitive. Andi better treats him right or else, i can see him eliminated himself if he felt not worth for sticking around. (his words on ep.3...  )
