I also like Chris a lot. He seems a nice guy and unassuming. I've liked him from Ep 1. I would love to live in his farm! LOL!

I think I've officially been won over by Chris. I started really liking Josh and Marcus...and I totes still adore both guys but Chris just seems like he'd be so fun and honest as a bachelor that I hope he gets it.

Maybe these don't reveal so much that Chris is F1, but they are interesting... continuing the Easter Egg List.

48.) Not so much an Easter Egg, but an interesting parallel. Chris is revealed as the writer of her Secret Admirer Letters. Cody and Andi read others’ letters in Verona.

Cody gushes with her, after answering a Jason letter, she makes him feel like a “16 year old kid”, only contrasting slightly with Nick feeling like a “12 year old boy” in Santa Barbara. Cody also repeats what Josh stated earlier: “I haven’t felt like this in a long time”. Alas… poor Cody gets dumped… and it was a tough pill to swallow (phrase both Chris and Andi used in episode #4). As she escorts him at the end of the date, he repeats Chris Bukowski’s episode #1 line “You’re killing me now”. Andi says “I can’t say a bad thing about him. He’s a great guy”, just as she asked back in episode #4 if there was a bad thing about Marcus, suggesting she views him and Cody in the same way. (Tasos was also complimented in ep #4 that way when he was dumped.)

49.) And it is still… weird (i.e. Easter Egg #46 in previous post)

“It is a very weird feeling. Seven guys left… and I’m like… I dunno. I don’t ever want to be the cause of somebody’s pain or heartbreak or anything. I would rather feel the pain than I did last night, like, a million times over then do what I just did, like, I’d rather it be me than anyone else.”

This speech is spoken after Chris casually observes Cody’s luggage being taken away. (To date, Cody and Nick are the only two shown with luggage during their dates, although Nick did not leave in Santa Barbara.) Josh comments “This is the first 1 on 1 date when somebody’s left” over…  himself.

After this, we get another shot of Chris with the same facial expression as Andi, almost “bleeding into” her face, before she begins the above speech… a speech ominously similar to the one she gave Eric back in episode #4: “You have no clue how f***ing difficult it is to look in someone’s face and send them home!” (Josh spoke during this “She shouldn’t be crying right now”.)

Poor Josh has gotten one bad omen after another all season long and not just in Connecticut’s basketball game when he said “I hate losing and the fact that ‘we’ lost and I won’t be able to see Andi just makes it worse”. (Edit cut to Chris. Edit cut back to Josh as somebody sighs) “I’m not a sore loser but…”

When discussing Brian on his date, JJ stated over a shot of Josh listening “he harps so much about the basketball element” and later “I think she will send him home”.

Brian, in turn, references another sport, baseball, in episode #6: ““The date card says ‘I’m looking for true love’. So it was hard to figure out what we will be doing. I wouldn’t be surprised if there’s a curve ball.”

This line… in turn… harks back to dumpee Rudie’s speech on night #1: “This is a curve ball. It is not what I expected, because when I came in here... I was aiming for the fences. Y'know I thought I was gonna hit that ball right out of the park. Everyone in my life was, like, Oh my gosh! Like, you guys are gonna get married and have kids!”

In addition, we’ve also had Harrison’s “You will be going home immediately” spoken over Josh solo on night #1’s rose ceremony and, in ceremony #6, “one of you will be going home” and “you’ll be on a plane back to the United States”.

Andi’s rose ceremony lines over Josh have been even worse, including “And I thank y’all for being here”, “just experience these amazing moments and be grateful for it” and “this is tough because I have to send somebody home”.

In the previews at the start of episode #6, Josh says “the whole mood changed” after Chris tells destined-to-be-dumped JJ not to be “sour grapes”. Josh then says “I’m worried for myself right now” over a shot of Andi and Chris walking in the dark.

50.) Not to be outdone, Nick… ever confident…and ever “alternative” and nebulous in his bizarre speeches…

“Riding up to this place in an old school Bentley…” (cf. Ashley’s heartbreaker on her season, Bentley Williams, and the car that Desiree drove her own “heartbreakers” Brooks and Bryden in) “… a beautiful mansion lit up. It is truly out of a story book.” (Josh opens the door and says “beautiful” just as his head disappears behind the bush… Josh is steeped in the fairytale setting) “This place is amazing… and I can’t wait to… “ (Nick shown walking with the guys)  “… enjoy the company…” (Chris shown walking, then to Nick’s PI session) “of an elegant beautiful lady”.

JJ says “somebody will be sent home” over a shot of Chris, Nick and Josh walking in formation… perhaps suggesting all will, but perhaps Andi will join at least one at his home? I seriously doubt she will eliminate all three of these guys.

Although this line is foreshadowing that Cody doesn't return from his next date ("a shocker"), the line also suggests that Andi doesn't return to Atlanta at the end of this.



JJ says "somebody will be sent home"... well, not all three guys "will be sent home"... UNLESS... there is some kind of surprise here. In any case, I keep thinking this is the actual order... F1 Chris, F2 Nick and F3 Josh rose-less... whose fantasy date just might be cut short?
