In our society today people seem to video everything people do so it's part of losing any privacy we thought we may have. Now if he was in a private area that would be very different. It may not be something I would have done but I can certainly see many people doing it.

Didn't RS say he had the video within about an hour of the plane landing? That's what I find suspicious.

It don't see how that would make the video suspicious. I would think that if it was a set up, they would have held onto it for a bit longer. Like after RS had spoiled Josh as F1.

Couldn't that happen IF it's a setup. Fleiss gets one of his flunkies to send it to RS. Me smells something fishy here period.

RS likely knew Josh was F1 already. No, to me there is something of a setup happening with that video. As RS himself said, this has never happened before and won't likely to again...meaning, to me, RS was fed this video by Production.

I don't agree with your logic. I think it is most likely the video is real.

I hate it when people have loud so called private conversations in public. I couldn't give a flying fig about their personal life and I think those people are downright rude as well as arrogant.

I don't know about that video. It looks fishy, and sounds fishy to me..Who is so rude as to chomp on cheetos while talking on the phone in the first place ??  People are usually more polite about it. All I can say is if this was a set up , Nick is a great actor . His voice sounded genuinly bitter, and the way he chewed Josh up and spit him out screemed jealousy !   

I think there are many people who eat, chew gum and drink fluids while talking on the phone regardless of manners. JMO
