I don't think they will get engaged for a while. It's a big deal for Nikki to leave her job and go to a new one in Miami where she has to make a new life. JPG won't be her whole world. She's an independent girl and JPG has to travel all the time for work. This is a complicated adult relationship. Camilla adds to the complexity as well.

I hope they don't get engaged anytime soon. Jason and Molly dated long distance for around 8-9 months. When he changed his mind at the AFRC, he asked her if they could start all over again, and they did just that.

IMO It doesn't matter how complicated things are in a relationship, if you both want it to work, you'll both make it work.

Definitely more complex than most.
I don't know what Molly Mesnick's profession was prior to her moving to Seattle. Since she is now working in entertainment I'm guessing Molly didn't have the same work concerns/desire to continue the same career path. Unless Molly was in a similar line of work to her current job no idea

GA, agree that part of any successful relationship is dealing with the complexities of life. I'm ready whenever they are giggling

Molly IIRC was a purchaser ? for a clothing store, or had a career in that field. I'm pretty sure she always worked when she moved to Seattle.

I would think it wouldn't be difficult for Nikki to secure employment in her field in the Miami area, if it came to that. I'm sure it isn't an easy decision for either of them.

I'm just happy they are doing very well, considering.

Since JPG didn't feel pressured by TPTB to propose and I can't imagine Andi being engaged (if that happens) would influence him.
I think one of his best qualities is that he makes decisions based on his own feelings instead of outside pressure which is important in matters like marriage.

ITA, they both are solid in that way and I really like that about them.

Nikki would not have any problem finding a job as a nurse in Miami. I believe JPG or better said this relationship IS a big deal for Nikki. If she has to choose between staying in her job in KC or moving to Miami right now, I would definately think she will choose the latter. Nothing can be perfect. You lose some and you win some Smiley

I'm not so sure, even given that she is in love with JPG. I know from what they have said that this has been discussed and she is not there (Miami) yet. It's more than just finding a job. I don't doubt that she would be able to find a good one. Life is more than a job and a lover in the long haul. She needs to build a life around that especially since her husband would be a constant traveller. There's no need to rush. I do agree, if there's a will there's a way. But often things don't work out in the long run when you rush in with your heart and your sex drive.

May be an engagement party? Do you realized they have being together for 6 month since filming? that's a lot, I think that's enough time to know if you want to move forward with someone. I think Chris and Des knew they want to move forward when they did the engagement party that about 6 months out of the bubble (the show). What about Sean and Cat? Does anyone know when the engagement party was? An engagement party is a great indicator that the couple now feel they are ready to commit completely. JMO

SeanCat's official engagement party (hosted by her family and friends in Seattle) happened just a few weeks before they announced their wedding date. In real time, it was about 7 months after their finale aired and just about a month short of their 1 year anniversary. But their timeline is faster than most as it was only 14 months from engagement to wedding, whereas Ashley/JP were around 19 months and Chris/Des could be at that or longer depending on when their wedding ends up being.

But they would need to be engaged first before an engagement party. Otherwise that would simply be just a party.

Thanks Ungirl. It is safe to say that our bach successful couples all got married within a 2 year time frame. So, if that 's the case, then JP and Nikki have some time to really solidify their relationship. IMO JPkki get each other very well, but they are still merging Nikki, JP, and Camilla relationship, so I hopeful for them. So, far they look very good. :fingersarecrossed

Very true, I have being married for almost 36 years, and trust me, it takes willingness from both parties.to make it work.
