The crying on the floor scene reminded me of Tiara....she was certainly a piece of work!

I must say Chris voiceovers are edited like crazy.... as in each word being spliced in to the point of them not being a normal speech pattern for him. So don't count on much of anything in the way of clues from those. Remember tptb tell the story they want to tell which may or may not bear close resemblance to the real story.

I'm pretty sure the eyelash girl is Ashley I.
Kelsey is the girl with short hair. I think that is her lying on the floor with them giving her oxygen. A later picture shows someone (I assume Chris) rubbing her shoulder in a comforting way in the same dress.

Man, all of those girls were sobbing. Literally. Those are some of the most intense dramatic cries. The facial expressions and body language. What happened? They cant all be that sensitive and emotional.. I'm pretty sure every single one was shown shedding some sort of tear..
