You can't tell where Nick was based on that favorite. The time listed will change depending on where the reader of the tweet has their time listed as, eastern, central, mountain, pacific, etc.

But I like that he's favoriting stuff about the Packers. Great team choice.

But the time of a tweet itself is correct as to the time zone where it was tweeted?  

It shows the time based on where you are as the reader. For example, I'm in CST so the tweets shows as sent as 10:39 PM, which is also the timezone where it was tweeted from. If you are in EST it will show 11:39, 9:39 for MT, and 8:39 for PT.

I should say you can change your time settings to be different than where you are. I never change mine while on vacation so I have to remember the difference.

Sorry for the confusion guys. Early this morning about 2:40 in the morning, I saw that Nick favorited a tweet. When I went to the actual site of the tweet, the time it was showing me was 11:39, Im on EST.
When I went to Nicks twitter and clicked on his favorite list, the time on that same tweet said 8:39, that would have been PT. That's why I figured whatever gadget Nick was using to favorite his tweet was on PT. Bottom line, Im kind of still confuse why 2 different times where showing in my computer. This doesn't necessarily proves Nicks location, Im aware of it now. Only thing for certain is that between 11:39pm and 2:40am EST Nick favorite a tweet. Sorry again for all the confusion.

I was trying to figure out why his said 8:39 and I thought it was because whatever he was using to get on twitter had PT on it. Today, that same tweet on his favorites said 11:39.   

Then the only explanation is a glitch because even if his location time settings were set at PT, that wouldn't show when you looked at the tweet in his favorites.

Nick favorite a tweet that was just posted 3hrs ago. It was from 1250radio tweeting about the NFLDraft and the Green Bay Packers.

Something very interesting, the tweet on his favorite said 2hrs ago. the tweet on the 1250radio said 3hrs ago.

Geez! When it comes to the NFL none of them can keep off twitter?!  :P
