I find it very interesting that in the press release they're already referring to Nick in this regard (talking about FIR) "she ultimately gives this prize to a sincere, humble, unassuming man."

Doesn't look like he's going to get any kind of negative edit...

I wouldn't see why he would. I think it's interesting the press release doesn't mention the notes, or am I wrong?

No, it doesn't mention the notes.

Just to clarify, I wasn't suggesting I thought he would get a negative edit. I just mean they seem to be setting him up from the start -- before the audience even sees him -- in a very positive light. The fact they flat-out call him sincere is a very good thing IMO. They want everyone to know he's there for the right reasons.

I love this description! That's my kind of man. I think he may become a real fan fave based on his personality (maybe Andi's fave too, who knows). I don't really think we know her type at all, since I don't think she was ever into JP beyond his looks, so with her strong personality, I could totally see "unassuming" being a perfect fit for her. I love that word and usually the people it describes.

ETA - Part of why I like Marcus so much pre-show, beyond the hard to ignore looks, is that is how I imagine he is (watch me be wayyyy wrong on that but that's the impression I get from what we've seen - sincere and unassuming).

I agree with you on all points.

I think Nick will be a bit of a Ryan Sutter to the outgoing Trista. Not that I am confident that he will end up with Andi but it just seems he will be the likeable type.
Now watch me being completely wrong also.
