FWIW, I think it could be him. My son's hair is dirty blond and in some pictures, depending on the lighting, it looks like he's a brunette. You can see the dark undertones in Nicks curly hair in the bottom picture, and I wouldn't be surprised if it turns out to be him.

When I found a tweet that mentioned a "Nick" being on The Bachelorette this season, I believe Sophie looked into it further and brought up the possibility that Nick Davis could be that guy, but since then we have found out that it is not; it is actually Nick Viall, so yep there is no Nick Davis on the show. So far we only know of one Nick, and it is this guy Nick Viall.

I am on the fence about the guy having 1-1 time with Andy above being Nick V. I can see what both sides are saying and to me it could be him, but it could not be him too. Lol therefore, clearly I have nothing to bring to the table here. Lol

Not sure if it is the same guy or not - the hair on the 1on1 guy seems much darker longer and therefore more curly.
But just from that snapshot the BL does not look too promising. This seems like the mot contestants that the lead is still trying to get to know in ep 5 and 6.

I do still feel that is Nick with Andi, but about the BL, she's leaning forward towards him and he's leaning back. I get the feeling that they are at least comfortable with each other. Also since he wasn't on the group date in SB, there is the possibility that maybe he was one of the 1 on 1 in SB. Not saying he was, but there's that chance.

When we were discussing this in the Potential contestant threads, I zoomed in on the couch guy and the blond hair guy, and found they have the same pointed eye teeth. They also have the exact same hairline.
