I'm thinking it was an inside joke/reference. Maybe they'd had a conversation about that word before. Peter doesn't strike me as mean-spirited so I'm sure it's something we know nothing about. And Sean's response to it was meant in jest too. IMO

I don't think she's pregnant, 'cause just a few days prior, she looked stunning in that black leather dress. The looser tops look good on her, but the mumu dress would be a little bit better without the belt, IMO.
