Since BIP has wrapped and he is officially allowed to use SM again, he posted an Insta vid and a note I found very sweet:

So blessed to have them as my model of love.
And quick note: the same people that judge the idea of love on a tv show are the same people that would've told my parents at 16 and 18 years of age they'd never last. Don't u just love when God's plans are better than yours
... hey I tried real world and tv and still have to go back and wait

If it is true that he is not the next Bachelor then I am happy. He seems like such an awesome, genuine, grounded person - I would HATE for TPTB to screw with him!! He deserves so much more!!!!
