My ex is a well known doc in his field, and I'd rather date JPG, with all his issues, instead As for treating Nikki well, other than atfr, I haven't seen anything to indicate he's being anything but a great, committed guy in their relationship. This is JPG, if he didn't want to treat her well or show her love, he would have no qualms about showing her the door and letting her know it'll be okay! Lol

Nikki seems to be a smart girl and I think JP is a smart guy. I commend them for trying to work on their relationship outside of the Bachelor bubble.

Just because you fall in love does not mean that you will make it.....but at least if you do fall in love, you get to experience the "high", and there is no better feeling when its' reciprocated...or at least if YOU are the one being loved.


If you have to work so hard to convince someone to LOVE you, IMO, it's not worth it and it's painful. The sooner you recognize IT the better. You can learn from it.

I've been in both and can tell you that's it's better to have loved and lost, than to chase and be in pain. Putting on a brave face and denying is torture. Deep down you know something isn't right...but the guy has you in a confused state because he may be a decent guy otherwise, and does show you affection here and there, so you keep hoping....meh.

We have no possible way of knowing if Nikki (deep down) thinks something isn't right. It is very presumptuous to assume Nikki is in for a rude awakening and what makes you think just because a man is a doctor he will 'treat her right'? How do we know JP is not treating her right?

Of the final two contestants, Nikki was not the one seeking validation of her self worth from a man.  Nikki is a strong and confident woman, well educated and successful in a very demanding field.  If she was only looking for a doctor, I bet she could have found one by now.   

I agree Mirzam that we don't know what Nikki is thinking.  Based on what she said to CH though, she would leave the relationship the minute she feels it isn't right for her.  I will also go with JP treating her right until she says otherwise. They both seem to be doing well and working to make their relationship work in the real world.

Well I saw IT with Brad and Bianka, Charlie and Sarah, Bryon and Mary, Andi and Tessa, Meredith and Ian….unfortunately they did not make it.  I will sit back and see with Nikki and JuanPa.  Maybe they will surprise everyone.

You're right this is a fan thread....I cannot drink the same JP Koolaid that you ladies are drinking.

I'm not assuming anything. First Nikki asked JP if he had his guard down, because he wasn't getting close to her. Denial. Then she cried after LCD. Those were not happy tears........................It sounds as though we watched a different Bach show.

You could be married to a NASA CEO, that has nothing to do with someone treating you with RESPECT and reciprocating your love.

I will be back when they break up this charade of JPs UNIQUE love.... or lack of it.
