@JuanPaGalavis As we have all season, we post the blog provided to us by ABC - no edits (beyond spelling and grammar) on our end.

 

So does this mean that ABC not only purchases rights to air but also plays a role in content?

It looks like JuanP might have to humble himself and work it out with them. I guess that's a small price to pay  for being wined, dinned, and flown all over the world.

Just READ the version "Non edited" of my @peoplemag BLOG and still very INACCURATE...  #Dissapointing

I noticed the new less edited section of the blog included praise of much of his production team and his stylist. He spoke of their supportiveness during filming as he grappled with how to stay true to himself. It appears there were differences of opinion within the machine itself and that he recognized that.

Oh, and also a shout out to the fan he was allowed to maintain contact with while filming because she is a cancer patient.  I think he mentioned her once before but I don't recall if in a previous blog or on twitter.

Rodolfo mentioned about the cancer patient in one of his interviews. I don't remember which magazine though.

I thought it was rather telling when I noticed CH follows Clare and even JPG, but not Nikki. I'm guessing there is no love there. Perhaps when Nikki RT Kelly Travis earlier this season, calling out CH for lying, she meant exactly that. It's pretty obvious which woman CH prefers and I can't believe he stated both ladies are " pretty similar" if they only got to know each other, they would think so too. There was probably a good reason Clare and Nikki never were on a group date together, ever.

We saw him unedited and he wasn't nice and had a huge chip on his shoulder. Maybe Nikki and his family are okay and don't care and think it's fine, but it's not possible to claim it's ONLY the edit.

We actually saw a much more charming unedited JPG at the beginning of the season in his opening interviews and appearances, even on the WTA he was much friendlier and more gracious than at AFTR.  I think watching a season of them leaving all the fun stuff out of his show (he pointed out multiple nice Nikki moments in his blog and Sharleen talked about conversations when all we got to see was kissing) to show the awkward and uncomfortable the whole time made him angry.  Chris did cut him off repeatedly at the WTA and I think my AFTR he had had enough.  He was rude and I am not defending that behavior, but even in the finale which was so unromantic, we know on the nighttime portion of Nikki's date he played her that lovely song for her and sang along to it.  But on the edited show we got mostly the two of them sitting in silence to show how upset and unsettled Nikki was.  

I don't know after watching a whole season of them leaving out what I consider the good stuff to show more of the not good stuff, if I would have been able to be gracious either.

I agree!!!  what was he supposed to do?  Oh, I know, maybe he should have said something like "I know you (CH), TPTB and ABC have treated me like sh$*, did your very best to make me look like an illiterate, mean, insensitive jerk/caveman type person but I love you man!!!"!? I pride my self in being calm and even tempered and I don't know if I would have been able to act any better than he did.  Despite how he acted to CH you could see that he, to me,  was so in love with Nikki and she with him!

Same sentiment with the bolded. Despite the awkwardness, you could tell that they dig each other, their glances are revealing.

I also thought he was really into Nikki during the ATFR.  Even my hubby saw the same thing. We didn't watch the season but during the ATFR we got that impression. Wouldn't it be something if they actually worked out.
