I still think it's Cody from their date sitting in the gardens outside the chapel in Verona. The outline of his head and what appears to be short or shaved in the back is what makes me think that. She was wearing what looked like a black jacket, and he had a suit jacket on. The collar on her might be a jacket and not necessarily a turtle neck.

So, we've pretty much got all the guys covered on this one.

That scenario seems plausible, but considering the fact that Cody does not get a rose on their date, do you really think she'd be making out with him? (and this would be clearly the night portion of the date; so right before the dumping..)

Good catch. Perhaps this would be the first in this series. Make out and then break up.

Do you guys still see a turtleneck and is it a light color ? I cannot make out.

I never took kissing and dumping as a clue because there have been quite a few of those instances in the past. The first one that comes to my mind is Emily thanking what's his name for kissing her in the pouring rain, then letting him go on the spot.

.... That was so cringe-worthy.... but to Emily's defense she actually wanted to dump him and Doug just has gone in for the kill... That was on a GD though and as far as I know, the once who were dumped on their 1-on-1(did not receive a rose) never actually made out with the lead during the night portion of their date.

I believe that all of the following pics are from the same evening portion of Nick's date in Venice.
The first pics shows the stairs that are normal for the walking bridges that cross the canals.  
The curved treads may give one a clue as to the exact bridge. (If one finds the exact bridge, then it may be easier to find their specific dining venue in that area.)
The white posts are used to tie up the boats.

i think so too (notice the sculp). Its not necessarily in 1-1 date, it could be in alone time at GD or pre-RC IMO

If you look at the height and hair, it more matches Chris, imo.  Let's face it, Josh can`t be in all the pics...LOL.  I think the curl or stick up area at the front of the guys head matches Chris more than anyone.

sorry..it supposed to be skull   (from back its round). IMO Josh only seen twice INDOOR...both from afar : another one is when he dances with Andi in Marseilles (also shot from the back)

Don't know if this will help, but I thought I'd give it another try. I'm still undecided, but I am moving away from Marcus. The back of Mystery Guy's head appears to be pretty smooth and that doesn't fit Marcus to me...unless he got a haircut during filming.
