No idea how Dallas airport is laid out. Never been there. I'd guess they have a tram to get from the parking lot or maybe to different terminals. That's how it is here at MSP.

DFW is set up like most huge airport with a tram that runs between terminals and there may be a tram from certain parking as well.

DFW has a tram goes from car rental around airport to terminals including long term parking,

I was on the Skylink at DFW last night! I don't think it goes to parking lots, but I might be wrong. I think it is just between terminals, and you have to go through one of the security gates before you can get on the Skylink.
