Oh, I don't think they're prudes at all. But I was just thinking mainly of Jay hearing his new daughter-in-law talking about how she was going to be getting all grown sexy with Sean any time she wanted it, and anytime he wanted it, as she wore that lingerie that was like fancy icing on her body . And also when she was talking about taking sexy pictures for him for the boudoir she was making for Sean. I think Jay might have blushed a bit at those parts .

I am sure they will be happy to know that their son is being taken care of and also as a minister that will not be embarrassing at all because when we do marriage counseling we take about that to couple. We actually encourage couples to make sure they take care of that and how important it is for married couples.

That doggie picture is too cute for words. Grandma Sherry is so cute always taking pics of the dogs like that. There was a pic of Jay somewhere in his younger days and he was a doll. He and Sherry must've made a gorgeous couple and still do.

In that pic of SeanCat with that racecar driver couple, Cat is wearing those flat shoes that were made for her that I thought she was gonna dance in. Guess she's taking them on her honeymoon.

Well Sean just commented on Mama Lowe's picture of the girls watching the wedding so at least we know he's still alive….for now.

You know, I think they were more uncomfortable with watching him kiss about 20 women on his season. Sean's always said it was his grandmother who didn't want to see too many hot tub scenes. So he just didn't go in too many hot tubs- he still kissed a lot.

i'm sure he's either let all the family in on the "joke" ahead of time (how could he not) or told them not to watch anything until the wedding. If they had set the DVR, they could just watch the "good" parts.

Oh.Well. I am wondering about the actual rating's number??

I always relate to what you say. Sex is normal, healthy, without bounds in marriage. You and I both know the Bible doesn't pull any punches on that - it has very descriptive commentary on that very subject. I am 100% sure that committed Christians Jay and Sherry knew what Sean was getting into when he went on the Bachelorette, and even more when he became the Bachelor. Whether they were totally on board with all ABC would throw at him or make him do then or what he would be required to do afterward, I don't know - from the itsy bitsy bikinis to the hot tubs to the kissing of all those girls (seemingly one after the other, but we all know how ABC can make things seem) to all the appearances later. Just like any parent of a grown adult (man or woman) though, they had to accept him making those choices. One thing I saw right away on them meeting Catherine for the first time - they could relate to the skeptical part. I think it was in Catherine's favor already that she was grounded enough not to believe for sure she would meet the love of her life - much less become engaged. I believe it was also in Catherine's favor that she didn't sign herself up for the show. I also believe they truly love her and have helped nurture her faith throughout these long months, were thrilled she became a Christian, are so happy their son found "his woman" (remember Sherry's face during the wedding as she listened to them share the vows they wrote themselves?) and can't wait for those promised 5 grandchildren! It seems Jay and Sherry are captivated with their new daughter-in-law, love her dearly and are excited about the joy she has and will continue to bring to their son!
