There is a flight scheduled in to JFK on American which is in the air. Scheduled arrival is 4:25.

That may be their only option if they don't leave in the next few hours. Shouldn't be a problem for GMA, but not sure if they could do that for The View. And I'd guess the Bethenny taping would then be cancelled.

They should have gotten them out there yesterday to avoid this. I suppose they could fly them somewhere close where it isn't snowing and they chauffeur them to NYC. Glad TPTB have to figure this out because SeanCat don't need the stress right now.

The only problem with that is they have both been tweeting all morning from their iPhones so they aren't in the air yet.

Plus Cat sent a tweet about fingers crossed they make it to NYC after that flight departed.

ETA: There is a Delta flight still scheduled (as of now) to leave in 25 minutes. Perhaps they will get out on that one.

Every other flight is either cancelled or delayed to not depart til the morning.

In looking at arrivals from LAX to Kennedy some early flights went out.  There is then a big hole- late departures still have some hope, including on Delta and Virgin.  And the red eyes are still scheduled, some getting in before 6am.  If the airlines can do it, they will fly those flights.

Most of those transcontinental flights have wifi.... so lack of tweeting isn't an indicator.

All the morning flights that left were BEFORE she tweeted about making it there in time.

As for the tweeting, I can't recall more than one other time they tweeted on a flight. And those times were either from iPad (Sean) or computer (Cat). The fact that they were both tweeting from their iPhones leads me to believe they hadn't left yet and were waiting at the airport to see their fate.

As if work isn't stressing me out enough today....

Tell me about it. I won't stop until we get word they either made it safely to NYC or they aren't going at all. Either one works for me.

If they make it to NY, they also have to get from airport to city. All roads are horrible right now. The heavy snow and extreme cold is yet to come.

I'm more concerned about them getting stranded there tbh.

Snow is supposed to stop early tomorrow morning so they'll have several hours for the airport to clear runways and roads to be cleared. If they are delayed, I'd think they'd cancel the Thursday morning media/move it to Friday and just try to get back for JKL on Thursday evening.
