I think it's the same dress.... and probably a combination of the workout and a better bra make the dress even sexier.

I think it the same dress too. During the show she is clearly wearing a black bra as you can see the second strap during part of the group date. Last night, there's no second strap so no bra, thus making it more low-cut than it was on the show.
