Hello, please allow me to introduce myself. I am a huge Brooks fan for both his behavior on an off the show. I've been on this board a long while but have never posted. Nonetheless, I've enjoyed everyone's posts immensely. Thank you, all of you for all of your efforts in finding all those gems. I noticed that no one has brought over the video from his latest Bachelor recap so I thought I would do my part. It is a little hard to find and I'm not sure how to add a video, but I can provide you with the link to the story. It is buried within a long news segment with several other unrelated to The Bachelor (13 minutes long!) starting with a story on a blogger. The link will take you to a story and video. Brooks's recap starts when the end time reads 5:27. Enjoy!

Welcome gaella202!!!!! Thank you, for bringing over the video. I too lurked a long time before coming in. Isn't it wonderful to see Brooks, and how far he has come since the show ended. His personality, sense of humor, his gorgeousness has captured all of us. That's why we keep coming back for more. Thank you once more, enjoyed the video.

Thank you so much Nonina! It feels great to be welcomed. Yes, I couldn't agree more. Brooks seems like a really great person, and I think I have come to enjoy him even more now that he's off the show. So much more of his personality and sense of humor come through now that it is unedited.

We know there are lots of Brooks fans out there and I for one am so glad that you posted!!!

I just have to share that I still read the other threads and find myself biting my tongue at some of the postings. I just have to let it go and keep my mouth shut. It's so easy sometimes to get myself into trouble with what I post. I honestly think I need a support group!!! Anyway... welcomebanner

Just watched the video of Brooks do a recap of the last show. He is great, love to get his perspective about what's happening. He has such a terrific sense of humor too. Says that he went out to his mailbox every day to see if he got an invite to Sean and Catherine's wedding but didn't (why would he???) :giggle: , "maybe I will for the next one" (Des and Chris). Don't hold your breath...probably not coming..... Hugesmile

Thank you so much Rolly! It was so nice of you posting such a warm welcome. I was happy that I was able to figure out how to share the video with all of you. I am so glad you enjoyed it.

I avoid reading the other threads nowadays. I just prefer this thread devoted to Brooks and his fans. I like and appreciate several of the other guys from last season and seasons past but Brooks' honesty made a huge impression on me. It's the trait that I value above all else in relationships. So even though I wanted the fairy tale ending, I was very impressed that he had the integrity to stand up and say that it wasn't working for him and bowed out. I really, really hope that he finds the right girl for him soon.

Rolly, don't be surprised if Brooks is invited to Chris and Des's wedding. Brooks was tweeting Monday during the Bach tweeting JP and teasing him abt not kissing the girls. Guess who tweeted Brooks?? Chris Siegfried who joined in on the fun. It was funny. It was as though they had been communicating privately. Good for them!!!

I saw the tweets between Brooks and Chris also and think that Brooks and Chris were good friends during the show and after too for that matter. They seemed to really like each other and have a fun playful relationship. bestbud!

Maybe he will be invited but I still doubt it. The ending between Des and Brooks was pretty raw even if everyone and their brother is totally past it at this point. And if he was invited would he attend? Maybe he would feel like he should. I still think it would be odd but that's JMO. We shall see.... :yes:

And if Des and Chris want an intimate wedding, would they invite someone that Des said she would marry "if he got down on one knee" if they only invite a smaller group of people? Seems like he may not make the cut in that case. I would be shocked if their wedding is televised but if it is all bets are off. If televised there will be people there they haven't even met and will never see again. Isn't that just the way TPTB work it?!?
