That looks like the Tom Ford coffee table book and that is the page marker that is coming from it. If she's giving any kind of hint, I would think that is someone is wearing Tom Ford shoes for the wedding (possibly Sean because of the shoehorn). But it could also just be she saw the book and wasn't trying to hint at anything.

She's wearing Tom Ford shoes under her wedding dress? They look like her style and if that's shoehorn maybe it's boots? Cowboy boots, urban style???

After googling around to see photos of Tom Ford's boutique in Beverly Hills, it looks like this marble top would blend in well although I can't find a match. So I'm guessing that they were there and one or maybe both of them will rock some Tom Ford. (And surely they do not pop molly's (ecstasy)!)

One comment about the Tom Ford. I believe it is the book. It fits inside a jacket and does have a ribbon book mark. However, that is the only time I have ever seen it in white. The traditional book is black with white writing.
