Honestly, I doubt they would have announced the date and that it was live if they hadn't secured the location. I do think Sean and Catherine visited the site and then did their engagement pics up there though.

I am with you, they were visiting the site. You can never announce the date without securing the site because the site also determines the dates as well

this little gem (Four Season Biltmore Resort) is also in Santa Barbara, and is a very, very nice wedding venue ...


I'd probably vote for the Bacara over the Biltmore though, because the Bacara is in a more remote, secluded location than the Biltmore; guess production will choose (or maybe chose?) the one that gives (gave) them the best deal because both are fantastic properties

I also think it will be the Bacara Spa and Resort.

Hi i use this http://www.free-tv-video-online.me/internet/ to catch up on my tv shows and you will find all the episode of sean season there...I just hope that they would load seancat wedding on that site..if not ill find another...too bad cant watch live with the us peeps...

I've never been to the Biltmore but I have been to The Bacarra for drinks. It was breathtaking. Plus, they had a really HAWT valet!

The one thing that makes me wonder about these seaside locations though is that it will be dark at 5pm when it goes live on the east coast. You won't really get an ocean view. It will also be cold in January. I suppose they can bring in heaters and cover them up though. Just start praying now for no rain.

Just looked at pics of the Bacara Resort and what a breathtaking wedding location. I am assuming production and the film crew will need enough lighting. So they might have the wedding indoors.

I've always thought a tent will be used for the ceremony because of the timing (colder month, weather, time of day), and they will still have all the amenities the resort offers (e.g. reception/dining, beautiful grounds for pre-filming, rooms for guests/bridal party, etc)

here's another thought (not that I think it's likely, but it's always fun to speculate, as we so well know  ): the Firestone Family Estate & Winery isn't that far from Santa Barbara and they do weddings there ... remote possibility (at best), I know, but wouldn't it be a hoot to bring back a Bachelor connection from the past?
