I agree! Was thinking about this the other day. A board just for SeanCat is best for all us. I'm apart of other fan forums that are private & can have moderators who approve people before posting & organizing. The sites are invisionfree so maybe can look into that. I do post on the other threads when things ate quiet here but not too worried about those should this forum expire..

Count me in...l like it here!  Umngirl..Sounds to me the expiration date is very uncertain . Who would know the absolute date?
Also if the date is coming quickly, is it better to be proactive and recreate sooner than later to separate from the MODs forum to stay out of potential loop of losing everything.  Just brainstorming..You guys have put a lot of work into SeanCat's forum. Is it possible to create a TEST/DRAFT forum? If you want me to, I can probably, not a guarantee. Ask my associates in IT. Let me know if you need my assistance. I dont want to lose you guys, It's a HAPPY place to be!

smartcat I was very surprised and honored that you added me to the list but I'm just like you a very loyal fan and friend here. I was very surprised to read about the sites deadline date and of the problem that could arise. I totally agree with everything you said smartcat about whatever they need to do to keep us all together and to stay here sharing our love for Seancat has my vote. I read the other posts and this is the first site I've ever been to or joined but from what I've read my vote is for private too and since Seancat is the only forum that I go to that would be fine with me if it's just Seancat.  Whatever umgirl, lipsis and all the rest of the wonderful people that make this board work have to do to keep us here in case it looks like Love_me and Sans, etc. aren't coming back I know that I'd be greatly appreciative. I can't believe how much this is a part of my life now and I know for one that I would be completely lost without it.

Looks like everyone is agreement so far. We could also make a separate thread for chatting & stuff, about our hobbies, favorite things, getting to know each other, e.t.c. as someone mentioned earlier.

A second board is a backup plan in case the mods don't come back. Let's not jump the gun. I have my own board on yuku that I don't use anymore except for stuff I save there. They aren't hard to set up. No need to rush. The moderators should be given a chance to return but if they are still gone by this time next month (absent 3 months) then we have to do something. Because...

I didn't bring this up so we'd jump ship tomorrow. It's a back-up plan for now. I hope the mods do come back so we don't have to take this step. But if they don't, I'm not risking us not being together leading up to and including the wedding. THAT is just not happening.
