Aside from the fact that I'd prefer to see her on the show first to see if I actually like her, I would really prefer they did not cast leads with kids. We had Jason, then Emily and now JPablo. It just somehow seems exploitational of the kids...they seem to be used to pull at our heartstrings. After all the single dads on Des' season and another one this season, I would like to be able to freely snark and make fun of people. It is difficult and can become quite testy when they have kids. If you must have them, at least space them out.

I get your points. I like Rene due to she's not the typical gal on this show. I read her blog that she had and she comes off as a very positive person. I like that she's 32 and was married. She knows what she's getting into and isn't treating it as just a way to become famous.

Plus, most of all I love that she's not a model! Nothing against models (or part time ones), but that just makes Rene stand out to me. Plus, it just makes it hard for me to believe that they have a hard time dating. I just don't buy it. I like the ones that are different from the rest on the show.

I'm actually pretty impressed with Juan Pablo's final 4 ladies.

I like her but I don't know if she the right girl for Juan. I would love to see her as the next Bachelorette.

Yes it would be too soon to have her be the next Bachelorette with a child (if she is chosen) but I think she will be much different then Emily! JMO.

Psssshhhhh. Yeah right. Juan Pablo dumped Renee at Wednesday’s rose ceremony, thus leaving Nikki, Andi, and Clare as the final three women. For the first time ever, the “Bachelor” is repeating a final location and they are headed to St. Lucia for the overnights and final rose ceremony.

OK, so I was hoping for Rene to dump Juan Pablo, but I would watch her season, if she were The Bachelorette.

It's a good thing he let her go now. I'm predicting Clare will go next.

I also like her. But I am totally sick and tired of parents as the lead. It was sweet a few times but Emily was a total disaster and I suspect JP will be too. We already had to go thru enough prim leads the last few seasons. I want to get back to the down and dirty bachelor that I love. Fantasy suites. Hot tubs. Skinny dipping. Fun. I'll never understand how this show got taken over by the church lady.

Ditto. Bringing kids on the show just makes it more serious....period. You can't snark on kids and I remember the nightmare that was daring to say a word against the sainted Emily. Somehow logical criticism and snark goes out the window. I know single parents deserve love too, but I don't think this show is the best way to go about finding it. It almost makes me long for the days of Ben "The Storm Horse" and his skinny dipping partner in crime Courtney.
