I was just going to say in the Media section that Sean would be a great Young Life leader! I'm clairvoyant!

They both would be great youth leaders but particularly Sean. So happy that they are getting involved like this.

There are many ways to be involved with Young Life- from being a leader with kids, to serving on the Adult Committee (like the local Board of Directors). I don't know what the Dallas area looks like for structure, but I would think that YL is at just about every school. Each area would have a fundraiser every year- and while he's great with kids, I think he would be a terrific draw for the banquets- to get adults in the door who might not otherwise come. But he speaks so well to the idea that youth need to hear the gospel- which is what YL is all about (and it's fun! Motto: never bore a kid with the gospel).

What's exciting to me is that there setting the pattern for their life together in Dallas, and a big part of it will be example and giving. I'm sure the senior Lowes and Catherines Mom are thrilled.

Little sightings that we could get today. So this is what hubby did today . It looks like he got a haircut and was at the gym working out according to this tweet .

Hi y'all!  :Smiley:  I'm relatively new to this forum, joining halfway thru Desiree's B'ette.   I did not watch Sean's season(I haven't watched since Trista's).    I got bored with the inactivity on rest of the pages on this board, and started reading these posts about Sean and Catherine.   I really wished i had watched their journey since it DOES seem storybook.   I have watched some of their YouTube episodes.  

My other reason for reading these posts (other than waiting for JuanPa info) is that I live in Dallas and not far from Mockingbird Station that is mentioned above being where Sean was seen working out.  I've been curious to know if anyone knows where Sean and Catherine live in the DFW area?   Do they live in Irving?   Any other Dallasites on here know which neighborhood?   I live in Preston Hollow area.  

In the 1970s I was a high schooler in YoungLife.   I totally agree that from what I've heard about Sean, that he would indeed be a great YL leader.

Sean lives in a loft at Mockingbird Station and Catherine is living with some friends of his in a house in Greenland Hills (MStreets)

Sean lives at Mockingbird Station. Catherine is roommates with one of Sean's longtime friends (and former roommate) Laura C.- they're living in a house close by.

and you can see all the pertinent parts of Sean and Catherine's love journey. She compiled it just the other day and it's so wonderful to have everything in one place.

I should mention on my playlist that there are a couple things in there twice. The St Croix episode and the proposal. Catherine appears throughout the 3:1 date so that full date is there (plus I love when he wakes her up) and then I have a separate video that is only their time on the beach. Same goes for the finale. All parts that contain Catherine are there so you may get a little Lindsay and then there are 2 videos that are only the letter reading and the proposal/FRC/ride into the sunset. So in case you are wondering why I have some scenes twice, that's why.

Okay Dallasites, isnt Mockingbird station the old Dr. Pepper plant, or is that the building adjacent to it?   Also, across Mockingbird Ln, from Mockingbird Station is Campisi's Egyptian Room, which is rumored to be old mafia hangout, supposedly where some mobsters met prior to JFK assassination. (I have not done homework on those factoids to verify, just using my old memory).   JFK assassination 50 anniversary coming up.   AND i lived here in Dallas and do remember that day. Yes, i am that old.

What a great synopsis of who we are jcrbil, to give to secretviewer. We really are an age diverse group and I love that. The young whippersnappers are our tech support and we oldies just hang around to supply "words of wisdom" and join in all the FUN. The glue is the love for Sean and Catherine we all share. As for OLD, I was wheeling my first child in the stroller when I saw a neighbor crying and stopped to ask her if I could help and what was the matter. She then told me that President Kennedy was shot. I remember rushing home to see for myself because I couldn't believe it.

Today is our lovebirds evenings pre-marital class . Maybe we could see some goodies tonight    I kinda missed them  at the moment not that I am complaining.
