I think it clearly points to the fact that he reads ABC's press releases.

RS knows better by now not to get information from the casts/crew members or anyone who is in contract with Next P, even if they offer it freely and willingly. It's in the contract he had to sign when he was sued the last time for the case to be dropped. The contract is floating around somewhere in one of the old threads on this site. In any case, if he is getting his info from her or her "camp", he wouldn't be dumping on her. That is how he operates.

It's kind of entertaining to watch RS make an idiot of himself.

Would JP have had such regret if they had only been making out? Would it have been weird for him to sneak off and make out with one of the women he liked? Would Clare have said that he shouldnt have "done it."? Would they have said what they said later on - when they werent in the heat of the moment ? No way. Give me a break. Arie snuck into Emily's hotel room in Dubrovnik and they made out - in bed, no less. She sure didnt regret it later or worry about what her daughter might someday think. Why would she?

RS may have to tell Clare's side of the story in order to keep her happy and to insure she continues to spill to him. But that doesnt make it true.

After receiving all this attention, Clare decided to show up at Juan Pablo’s room at 4 a.m. and ask him to go swim in the ocean with her. He did. And then they had sex—or at least, that is the only way to make sense of what followed, even though The Bachelor hewed to its strict policy of never being explicit, as if language alone can make the show demure. The next day, Clare gave a toast “to finding love, being loved, and making love,” only for Juan Pablo to take her aside and tell her that, “I hope nobody knows. It was a little weird for me. I’m too fair with people … Maybe it wasn’t right. I have a daughter, I don’t want her to see what happens, if she sees it.” Clare, who thought she had had sex with someone who wanted to have sex with her, was mortified and embarrassed. “I knew when we were in the ocean, that it was a mutual feeling. If he didn’t think it was right he shouldn’t have done it. I would have respected that,” she said to the camera, crying.

there was a mea culpa. He says he is culpable in it all. Took ownership

The next day I felt guilty because Clare got more time with me than the other women. I regretted giving Clare the extra time. Also, I didn't think it was a good example for my daughter to watch daddy going into the ocean with a girl at night. I already had a great day with her and even taking her to my pool was something that I should not have done. Honestly, my mistake.
