Him being a athlete l know some athletes wear those Power Balance bracelet so maybe something in that line. Suppose to help with balance etc...

I think the orange silicone bracelets can stand for a few things (like pink for breast cancer). Orange can be for hunger, leukemia or cultural diversity.

Agreed those bracelets can be made up in any color for any representation. Orange just happened to be the color that memorialized the cause when my nephew died.
