For those who care, Shay posted that Kensington's birthday is in 6 days so it looks like we are talking about Sunday the 15th, aka: NFL Sunday!

He did say he'd get back to the weight room right after dwts and he did. He's gained more muscle since then and I hope he decides to maintain his body as it is now. He looks great. I am thinking he will. He's probably outgrown the weight/muscle obsession and is happy with where his body is at right now. He's not planning on posing as a sports model again, is he?

Do not worry, Sean will not crash our little Catherine. For some reason God has give women ability to handle any size. Catherine will be able to handle beefcake Sean.
