Just posted Shay's interview with access Alexis in the media thread for those who are interested. There isn't really much to look forward to.

Since it is quiet today I thought I would point out kind of a weird coincidence. I mean absolutely nothing by it other than that - its a weird coincidence . I saw Shay had liked yesterday a picture that AshLee posted so I went to the picture to see what it was and it was a poster for something happening at Second Baptist Church which AshLee described as her church. The senior pastor of Second Baptist is Ed Young, father of Sean's pastor at Fellowship Church. My kids all went or go to Second Baptist School and the people at the church were hopeful for a long time that Ed Jr. would take over for his father when he retired but that ain't happening! I wonder if they ever discussed that coincidence?

I wouldn't be surprised if they talked about it. I think that's something that would have made them both wonder if they were "meant to be"- that they already had a touchpoint of sorts in their lives (though sharing faith is the biggest touchpoint). But in the end, it just ended up being a curiosity.

I often am taken aback at how small this world really is.... often much fewer than 7 degrees of separation.

Ed Young is a Pastor of a non-denomination church, he is not a Baptist Pastor so the only thing they shared was their Pastors were related. Sean shared faith with every Christian in the House.

May I just say that I used to watch Pastor Ed Young Jr's telecast and I thought he's HOT! And even hotter that he is a Godly man.  

Read some articles this morning that this will be Breaking Bad's last season. Aw poor SeanCat now they need a new tv show to watch! I wonder if she watches Real Housewives ;) lol j/k

There has been a lot of controversy recently about his plastic surgery but he is a great guy. All of the Young men (dad and three sons are huge basketball players and fans ) Ed Jr. played at Florida State. My son was the point guard of the Second Baptist School basketball team and took them to their private school state tournament. Dad Ed and Ed Jr. came to the game and Ed Jr. sat next to me and cheered on my boy. He is a great guy and quite the character!

That's really cool!

Didn't know about plastic surgery. It's been almost ten years since I've watched his telecast. I don't know how he looks like now. Maybe not so hot anymore. but it's okay. Those are just external attributes. What's important is that he's still serving God.
