I wonder if they are spending the night in Amarillo and going to Dallas in the morning? He is definitely taking his time especially if they are stopping to eat at The Big Texan. By the way, I have a nephew that ate the meal. His picture is on the wall.

In the movie I mentioned above, Barbra Streisand took the challenge and ate the whole 72 oz. of steak.

While I really don't want them to do TV beyond the wedding, I've gotta say that I'd watch "Road Trippin' with Catherine and Sean". (As long as it's not cameras 24/7.... I really dislike those exposé shows).

I think Catherine's wanting the whole Texas experience.... and she's sort of said that she's not always eating vegan.... there's always a salad with lemon juice? Oil and vinegar? I think she knows her way around a menu pretty well and could coach them if necessary.

If she is willing to eat seafood there are a handful of options. Otherwise there are several sides that would fit the bill. Although I don't think she's completely vegan anymore so I'm sure there are a few things on the menu for her.
