Call her Brooks. She'll be on the next plane having fun and good times with you and your wonderful, fun-loving family. Even if it's just to be friends. She is so boring now. She acts 50 years old. She is taking away the best years of her life. Dez and Chris=BORING. Brooks=too honest for this show. Brooks will find what he is looking for -too good a man not too.

hi karenap63... for a while I thought as you stated above, that all Brooks needed to do was just call Des and she would be there. I still think that had there not been a ring on her finger at the atfr, Brooks would have asked her out to try to figure things out between them. but there was that ring on her finger, and I believe that told him more than anything she could ever say.

actually, I hope that Des and Chris make it together, but I just don't have a good feeling that all is that well in Chresville... I get a serious DeAnna and Jesse feeling from the two of them... they are trying too much, too hard to convince the public to believe that "all is well". I hope that I am wrong and Des finds her happiness in Seattle. I like them both, and although I never saw the chemistry on the show, they have had this time to become a couple and find common ground. I do have my fingers crossed for them.

as far as Brooks, I'm not convinced that he did not have true feelings for Des, but I think that is now in the past. he does not appear to be the kind of person that looks back and is willing to forget or re-try. he has a good head on his shoulders, and will find that special someone that fills his heart to the brim. my only regret is that we may miss getting to see him fall in love... what I wouldn't give to be a fly on the wall.
