I thought of her mother also.  When my daughter left for college, it was a very big milestone not only for her but for me as a parent to see your child going off for a whole new life.  Very bittersweet.  For her mom, LA probably felt close enough but Dallas must feel very far to her.  

However, on a happier note, as a parent, I would be glad her future in-laws are so nice.  I know so many people with problems with their in-laws so Cat was right when she said she was grateful that she would get "this family."  Her future mother and father-in-law are so nice and welcoming.  I am happy for her.

Like you, I hope that they get to spend this time together too as I'm sure they're missing each other like crazy! My hopes are that Sean is able to spend a few days up in Seattle with Cat, family and friends and just enjoy some fun time before heading on the trip to Dallas. My husband was a retired USAF military man so I know how tiring it can be packing or any part of moving as I'm sure we all know so it would be really nice if they could have a bit of a break and some fun time together before heading HOME. But, I know we're all sitting here just waiting for more info to see how they're going to spend these last few days before arriving in the big D and how they're getting there. So many questions! But, fun to speculate and wonder. Just wish them a safe trip however they go. Wow....I just feel that this wedding can't be to far off now. Just my feelings and excitement. Such an exciting time for them. Their wedding SOON to be, home, back with babies, new job, Sean getting settled back in his....it's an exciting time of their lives. And, then the unpacking!

Crptic Cat shared a Friday picture of her I'm in love shirt in an empty room. She didn't have to show a bare room I guess that was telling us she's all packed. I hope too that they will spend a little time in Seattle before heading off to Dallas but who knows with these two. Watching for the next piece of news. Hoping they're together already where ever. So funny motheroffive that you thought about the unpacking. My least favorite part of any move.....where to put it all

Interestingly enough, Mindy Weiss just posted on IG that she received a photo album of JP and Ash's wedding from some guy names Bob Davis. Was he their photog?

Just thinking about what the closet space in that loft must be like gives me the wiggles...and not in a good way.

Sounds like a plan, we're assuming that they're headed for his place but what if they found their place when they were in Dallas and were waiting for his lease to be up
On the other hand, maybe they will settle into his place for now and into their own place after the wedding which will really be "soon"
On the other hand, Oh well I guess will just have wait to find out.

Yeah he was their photographer.

Just have to add in that I love the picture of the girls Sherry posted. I can't wait to see one of the family all together again.
