It is her hands that is lifting him how she managed that I do not know considering he is 6'3 and much heavier than she is

Definitely her feet...she's got that weird pinky toe though if thats what you call it.

Catherine has mad cheer leading skills- she knows that if the person lifted is contracting all his muscles that you can lift far more than you otherwise might be able to and she knows just the place on his body to put her feet.... look at Sean's legs- he's really got them tight. And she's holding him up there- but most likely didn't lift him up there.

Still, holding him there is very impressive- but we knew she's strong- she had him on her shoulders in St. Croix.
