2.  The ice castle date is soooooo romantic.  He definitely is falling in love!

4.  Yes, I think AshLee and Tierra would have been terrible picks for the St. Croix dates as they are probably the two who would've gone nuts if Sean woke them up and gave them only 5 minutes to get ready.  AshLee looks like she must always have her hair and makeup perfect.  Actually instead of Sean picking the most low maintenance girls, he should've picked the most high maintenance girls.  Now that would've been fun to see!

The ice castle was one of the most romantic things ever. But, dang, that fire was close to the blanket. Lol Sean literally has the look of a lovesick schoolboy on his face who got a date with the prettiest girl at school.  Love the way it says, "it just clicks with you" and "I'm crazy about you".

I'm really enjoying this rewatch. Thank you, Umngirl and Lipsis. The best forum ever.  I just want to know if Sean ever said "I can't get enough of you" to the other girls? Unless it was edited.

Hmm, good question. I'm not sure. I only rewatch the Sean and Catherine parts so I totally forget what is said to the other girls. Someday maybe I will watch the episodes in full.

I simply can't watch the other scenes with the other girls. I get so jealous obo Cat. It's crazy because she wasn't but here I am wanting to smack Sean via the TV for it. Lol.

  guilty as charged. if i were, i probably would have reacted similar to emily when she was brad's f1. i also would never have gone on the bachelor because of the way i am tho, so there is that. thank goodness.

 I didn't see that season but I'm with you even if I was young enough to do something like that it's just not something I could ever have done. Catherine has always so impressed me how she looked at this as a match making and never had a problem with any of it except for that one time at the tree house as mentioned. Incredible woman.

Also wondering if Sean said "she's melted my heart" about any of the other girls.  At the ice castle, I love it when he says, "Catherine has melted my heart."  I know he said it another time, too about Cat but did he say it about anyone else?  

Cat really tried to tell Sean things about her that were painful but she felt it necessary for him to know the real her.  Like telling him about her dad seemed extremely difficult, not only because that's a painful memory but also because he has such a close relationship with his dad.  I'm sure she felt that he wanted a wife with a similar background so to tell him that her dad tried to commit suicide in front of her was risky as he would see that they came from such different backgrounds and might think they were not a good fit.  But she told him anyway so he could decide if they were right for each other.  She was very honest and Sean, having a big heart, appreciated her honesty and it brought them closer.

I love how Catherine's first 1 on 1 date was in Canada with the caption "Let's find our fairytale ending" <3 and where are they currently at this very moment? :cutesmile!:

I had to have some minor surgery on my nose this morning so I have to lay low for a couple of days and so I went back and read some of the old threads from Sean's season. It is interesting how little controversy there was. I watched Emily's season from afar because I was not a fan and this season I was too invested here and never got that interested. But I ventured over there from time to time to check things out and, like Emily's, it got pretty crazy at times. During Sean's season there were those that just did not like Sean (still don't for the matter) and were critical of him along the way, but for the most part no one really questioned the spoiler that Catherine was F1 and really saw the difference in his demeanor with Catherine as opposed to the other women. There are always those that choose to dispute the spoiler each season because they so want RS to be wrong, but it was interesting to read back how few there were.

That made sense. You're right, there was a difference with the way he treated Catherine compared to the other girls. He never had to "test" Catherine. There were no trust tests or control tests with her. They were just themselves around each. A perfect match of two imperfect people.

I'll also add to this the small group of people who were Sean fans but disapproved of his actions and choices during the season.

IMO, I believe Sean saved that 1-1 date in Canada with the ice castle for Catherine.
