But I don't like the color of this FRC dress.  Reminds me of Emily's from Brad's and her own seasons and they are just too washed out.  Des is a winter like me, and she looks best in gem tones like her own design gown and that gorgeous blue back-draped gown.

Still waiting to see that red dress in the PI that has been sleuthed to be Chris' LCD dinner dress (though I'm still not sure how we know that).

My roommates and I must not be very fashionable then because she's worn a lot of ugly outfits. Don't get me wrong, some of it has been very good, but the bad has been really bad. Prime example being that weird fringe vest she wore last episode. No, just no.

You are right -- I hadn't thought about it from your point of view until reading your post!  He definitely was sold on getting out...he had made his final decision.  Chris Harrison even reminded him of the opportunity to talk about it in the FS, but he wanted to move quicker and end things.  Either Brooks was desperate to leave, or the producers felt that this was the more dramatic way to extend their fake storyline.  I wonder if we will ever know the truth?!?!?

I 100% agree with this.  For Brooks to want to leave....there is no excuse for it if he really loved her....he does not and I don't see him coming back...or at least not coming back to profess his love for her. Even when Reid came back that was different....Jillian dumped Reid, not the other way around. too many clues are pointing to the fact that Des is not with Brooks and that she is possibly with one of the other guys, Chris S being the best guess.
