Wearing 'summer'' boots is in style. I own a pair or two myself. I wear them with shorts, skirts and dresses. They are often made of a lighter leather material. They are not winter boots.

I highly doubt Seanie will be the driver, although the thought of him in a limo driver's uniform and cap makes me giggle ... giggling

FYI, its only about a 3 and a half hour drive to Vegas from LA, interstate the entire way ...

Sure will be. Maybe the guys in Steph's and Laura's lives will show up at least. Who knows. Perhaps it will just be these four. I'm sure they will all have a blast regardless. I'm still hoping they decide to mess with people a little and joke about getting married at a Vegas chapel via tweets/IG.
