Michael NEVER says I think Des picks Chris.  He talks about it in reference to where things are at this  moment in the show "right now" and how it "looks" which is telling. Says "Chris has the edge, right now". If anything, Michael is selling the TPTB storyline...Chris is the guy for Des because he is ready to commit, in fact that is EXACTLY what he says.

That's the story they are pushing isn't it...how does Des not pick poetry writing dreamy Chris who has already told her ILY over Brooks who hasn't said ILY and (maybe) leaves? Hmmm.

I also think Michael saying Brooks would be a big neon light too because everyone knows how close they are.

If Chris loves Desiree, and Desiree loves Brooks, it would be unfair to Chris if she chose him when she cares so much for the other guy. If she can't give him her 100 % all, that's just wrong and called settling..something she said she will never do. No worries though...I think Brooks is going to sweep her off her feet ..It's going to get hot in Antigua....JMO !!!!

I still believe Brooks is the #1 .

The more people fight it the more I think Brooks is IT. The main reason I think Brooks is IT is because she'd have to be insane NOT to choose him. If they go through a rough patch but get things resolved, I know where her heart is. It's only plainly obvious. And I think Brooks leaving will make things clear for her just as much as it'll make things clear for him. I think their problems will be a two-way street. It's just up to Brooks to make it happen.

Will enjoy a good HTD tonight. :) Love Brooks and Brooks and Des time. I love that we get to meet his family and see what they observe and have to say, and how he feels afterward. I think it'll be very telling. Can't wait.

All this tells me is that Brooks isn't Final 1.  I'm sorry, but he's going out to night clubs, etc is not Final 1!

well, we've got drew supposedly doing the same so you are thinking it is chris? idk, i just don't see it with them altho chris is a good man.

i really don't agree that anytime a guy goes to a club he is getting numbers. no way. he is with michael who may be out looking to meet someone. he may well just be accompanying michael for him to meet women or they are just out having fun. personally, i'm just not the jealous type. i don't think people have to be hermits just because they are attached. some people have plenty of self-control and so they don't have to hide away. jmo.

I am one who has posted that it would be a BIG issue for me. It is not about jealousy, nor about going out. It is about the pics and the one that was very close physically. What is mine is mine, not anyone else's and I think you should carry yourself that way in public. There is a line for me, you can appreciate someone being attractive and not cross the line. I would be uncomfortable with another woman pressed against my man's side. JMO

Michael said Des has the best chemistry with Brooks and that she is smitten with him. He is basing his choice of Chris based on the wacky previews shown and the Madeira episode, which shows Brooks being emotionally behind.

I don't think he knows Des very well either...I'd bet she isn't going to settle on the guy that will give her the outright commitment unless he was the right one for her. I don't see her choosing anyone over Brooks unless she suddenly becomes just as smitten with them as she is Brooks, and frankly, I don't see that happening in the few weeks that are left.

I still think it's weird that Michael said Chris, unless a producer told him to.  You think he couldn't tell what happened from spending a weekend with Brookes?

Totally agree!  I mean they are supposed to be best buds.  Michael knows.

So if Michael knows..and they are best friends...would you spoil his secret? They are after all trying to keep things a secret . If someone wanted to out my friend, I'd lead you a different direction too. Right Nannymargie?

I wish my DH was into this show. He will not let it be on in his presence. And you don't want to know how many eye-rolls I get when I'm making the tribute videos. To be fair, I also make lots of family tributes that he loves.

I make my hub watch the Brooks parts afterward. He can tell Des likes him, doesn't have any complaints about him, and thinks Des is cute. I've told him if I were a guy I'd like her, too. I've kept my Brooks crush largely to myself, but I think he knows.
