I agree.  There probably was only one real contender for the next Bachelor at the MTA, because at this point, both Drew and Chris still could be in the running for the lead, but they were both absent from the MTA for a reason - and if the spoiler is wrong about Brooks being the F1, then that opens up the possibility for him as well.

I do think that the producers like to use the MTA to gauge how much interest and support Zak might be receiving should he be chosen.  Although, I don't think that how much applause that he gets from the women in the audience for the MTA taping is a true measure.  I have always felt like the audience is "encouraged" by the producers to give certain bachelors more "ovation and love" than some of the others.  However, this is not a slam on Zak, by any means, because I do see him as a viable contender at this point in the show.  But, we will just have to wait and see what happens with the other three remaining guys.

But, I can't see that video, so could you please tell me what Des said about Zak?
