 I couldn't agree more! Desiree seems like the type of woman that wants to have fun and laugh and Drew is not the guy for that kind of girl. He may be romantic and all, but fun is not his middle name. Drew seems so tightly wound... the kind of person who'd be afraid of looking foolish in front of others. It would blow my mind if he got any further than F3 after watching that clip.

On the preview where Des is obviously telling Drew this, "I don't know if I can give 100% for you" then the voiceover showing Chris where we hear her saying, "I don't know if I can see our futures together" is I believe said at the same time - to Drew. The voice cadence and tone is the same. I haven't a clue to whom she says "You have to go" (it seems to be a splice - it could be part of that convo to Drew - or not).

As far as what she says tearfully when Chris is shown outside in the first suit, "I'm sorry" is all I'm sure of. They show him, but we don't know if it is only him there. It would be kind of weird for her to have him standing alone at a rose ceremony. We are assuming it is this, as they give us a wider view when she is saying this so that we can now see what she is wearing and it is what she is wearing while talking to Chris. Notice how the camera angle swings enough to Des' left to see Chris' shirt in that picture and then closes in again to show just Drew's pic We've determined there are 2 photos in the long shot of her standing at the window (her deliberation before the ceremony). There is just a side view of the bottom frame. As convoluted as things are, I can't see it being just him at that ceremony, unless it is Final Rose and nobody thinks we've seen previews of that yet - plus, as we all are aware - the spoilers say F1 if Brooks. We've also surmised though, that Brooks is out of the "picture" for the 3 to 2 ceremony. No picture of him, no dates shown after the pier meet.

I've been racking my brain for any "news" Brooks could bring with him that catapults Des into a crying tizzy or can make her want to go home. According to the Press Release (faithfully recorded by TV Grapevine and others), when Brooks gets to Antigua he is feeling good about things - their future together. I see no indication he is bringing disturbing news. The wording of the press release leaves it open for Chris H. to be the one with the "news" for Brooks. That makes more sense, hence the knock on the door when Brooke seemingly isn't expecting anyone (people have mentioned he doesn't look "date ready"). So...what is the news? That's the key, I guess. It can't be Drew or Chris having gone home, right? We see them on what we think are both Fantasy and LCD dates, per all the sleuthing.

And I'm wondering just how much more we'll know Monday. This is what I think will happen.
They'll show Chris' date that we've seen glimpses of and the teased dinner conversation about him needing her to move if he is her choice. If that goes well - which it must because he gets a LCD, then we'll see his FS part. We'll see Drew's festival date with those clothes, the picnic shown, the teased kiss during it and then the night portion kiss that's been shown. Our cliffhanger with Brooks? Who knows? I think we see the conversation with Chris H. - the question "Are you saying you don't love Des" answered one way or another. She'll meet Brooks on the pier (obviously happy to see him at first and he her, but we know how tricky things can be - can she be sending him home? or is he the one with the issue?), they'll have the Blue shirt guy ugly cry moment, she'll be left alone crying - but maybe at least we'll know why. She and Chris H. will discuss what to do because she is so upset, she'll say she wants to go home but we know she doesn't do it. That may be where they leave it, but then we'd be without a FC Rose ceremony this episode. Didn't someone say the new ABC promo (not posted yet then) said there wasn't going to be one?

Just more and more supposition. It's like trying to find out the ending of a book with pages at the end missing...And won't it be fun to find out which of our wild scenarios are right - or even close to how it all unfolds??

God doesn't all of Des' optimism coming into Antigua in the preview kill you know what's coming?! I'm gutted for her!

I know, it seemed like so many were thinking that Des on the boat would line up with a Brooks date, but obviously not as it is now seen as a promo shot..her arriving on the island.

I have to agree with both of you here. Could be editing but her facial expression in the PI about the Drew date and her energy at the festival say to me that she's just not feeling it with Drew. She loves kissing him but is not in love with him.

Notice that the infamous "hug from behind" position happens with Chris and Des on the helicopter. Pretty hard to do so I'm guessing that they were trying to find ways to get closer during that ride. I see her happy with Chris.

But she is definitely upset when Brooks leaves. If she does pick Chris, how did they ever overcome her obvious love and infatuation with Brooks?? Would be hard to watch if you were Chris.

That promo shoot is so sliced and diced and don't think anyone should spend anymore time trying to figure out the May 5 date. Half the time she has on a necklace. The other half she doesn't. Why they thought it was so important to have all that footage, I'll never know!

And her 'arrival' on Antigua reminds me of the girls and Sean's arrival on St. Croix on the seaplane. totally fabricated. Same thing with the festival scene. Just like the fake parade on STX.

I cannot see the video. It is just a black screen. No play buttons or anything.

nutty, can you view quick time movies? I do have this in that format and could try to get it to you that way if that would help.

I don't know, Latergator. I tried some of those free proxy sites, but the video won't play. Quite a few people have the same issue, our IP addresses are blocked. I wonder why? I was able to view them up until a few weeks ago. I tweeted TVGrapevine to ask.

I'd appreciate if you'd try. I am on a Mac, does that matter?
