OMG she has a sweater over her shoulders!!!! It is 99 degrees in Dallas right now!

That blue sweater looks like it belongs to the lady next to her, it matches her outfit exactly!

Even on The Bachelorette last night, she had on long sleeves when all the girls had on summer outfits. She is very modest, that's for sure.

It does match the other girls outfit. Wonder if she borrowed it for the picture? I don't quite get it, to be honest. I hope it's just a quirk of hers and not an image insecurity. That would be so sad, if it was. She's smokin' hot.

The only thing I can say is maybe she really doesn't want to be cold. I have a co-worker who wears sweater at work when I have a fan while the a/c is on.

I don't think she went all the way to borrow a sweater from someone else just for a pic. That would mean she's VERY insecure, which I don't think she is. Wasn't this pic taken at a roof top? Maybe it got chilly and she needed to cover up. Looks like she's wearing a black maxi dress with pink nail polish. First time I've seen her with pink nails.

IMO It may have nothing to do with modesty. She does wear low cut necklines a lot of the time and a strapless top the other day. I have a daughter in law who is Cats height and weight and no matter what the weather here in Florida shes always cold and has a sweater or sweatshirt with her or on her. We always joke while we sweating but she can't get warm enough. Maybe its the same with tiny Cat.

Haha you ladies are so funny. Lol. I hope that sweater doesn't belong with her. Plus a blue and black doesn't match with me. Either way she's still gorgeous . Sean wore the same shirt when they spotted at the bar last week. They are still looking great . Wohooo! Needs to see cat's whole dress. Come on people excluded that blue cardigan ! Hugesmile

Same with my co-worker, she's about 4'10" tall and really slim and she always say she's cold and pulls the sleeves to cover her hands. Maybe she gets really cold when her back and shoulders are exposed. Like myself, in winter, as long as my neck is covered, i'm fine. Can't go out without a scarf or turtle neck.
