What conflict does Chris have to overcome?  So far the only thing I see is Brooks.  Now it may be his family, although I don't really see that as a problem even though it wasn't a spectacular HTD.

my personal conflict to overcome is Des kept saying she was in love with Brooks, like, alll the time??..... 

HaHa!  Apparently she is but sometimes that turns out to be a red flag.  It ain't over until the fat lady sings but this epi was a downer for us Chris fans.  This kind of editing is what keeps F2 folks from being the bach/ette.  I guess Fleiss thinks it is worth it but in reality it was Drew that stole that won the night.

well, Chris has said he doesn't want to be bachelor and after what TPTB pulled tonight, I don't think he'd want to touch them with a ten foot pole.

The only thing that was awkward to me was chris dad parts? With that said I don't see how chris can be mad? He knew the cameras were rolling? Did he really need a nasal or whatever right then .... I just don't understand why HE did that.

As far as chris and des playing baseball it was adorable! I think his mom was very sincere! I wish we could see more of ahna! Erin shouldn't have even brought that stuff up about how much they hated his ex... Imo

I am a little upset that people are taking it out on Chris over what his dad did on the show. Any smart person would know that there was some manipulation behind that. Of course, it's gross. It's not something people usually see on television. It would be gross if anyone did that.

yup i dislike the fact that they chose to shown us that scenes over exploring Des-Chris relation more!...
at brighter side, how sweet that his mom got teary eyed like that?...she is the sweetest...and her scene with each Des and Chris has warmed my heart....:eyesigh:

not sure why he agreed to do it either...surely there must have been some manipulation that happened. I mean they don't find it weird coz this is something that Chris' dad does all the time and we've seen Chris on YT videos getting it done but why he agreed to do it this time is a big question. Anyway, we can just choose to focus on the good parts of his date, which are plenty....the sweetest of which is his sincere conversation he had with his mom!

I thought them talking about Chris' ex was unnecessary. His mom asking if Des was healthy or a healthy eater (I don't rem which) and mom commenting re: girls w insecurities.....

The other sweet part of their date was the story of how Chris wanted the Bachelorette to be Des and how excited he was calling his mom from the airport to tell her, when he finally found out that it was Des. Darn, our boy would be so heartbroken at the FRC!
