Zak gives Des something. It's got to be and the colors match perfectly. I think the sleeves are rolled up. He had probably already given her the ring at the beginning of the date during their alone time so could have started out with the sleeves down.

The fabric of that shirt doesn't seem to match to me. I don't think Zak gives her the ring until she's about to leave. The producers probably already knew that Zak wasn't going further and wanted to make him give it to her and humiliate him like they always do.

If you look at the cap above, it's already dark outside(or is getting dark) not the case with the ring guy....

Maybe it showed him looking at it outside, contemplating giving it to her.
I always thought, though the fingers do look like Chris', that the light gray jacket was too different than the suit we see Chris wearing.

The date did start earlier in the day. There is SC we see of them with the snow cone truck.

If Zak gives Des the ring, I can not see him giving it to Des until the end portion of their date. It would cause to much discomfort emotionally for each of them in that scenario, for the date to then moving forward with the ease we see in the scs--family time.
I hope Zak does not attempt to give her that ring at all, how emotionally uncomfortable. But I think TPTB would love that and encourage it.

I think he does. The show loves to humiliate the guys like that. They knew Zak wasn't going further.

Where do we think this is from? Its not the HTD - his clothes are completely different here! I would say who would wear a sweater in Antiqua but Brooks likes to wear layers so who knows! LOL!

Putting my reply from the other thread here too.  Maybe the experts and great sleuthers have an opinion on this ...

My 2 guesses:

1) intro package that wasn't aired filmed before the show - tears are from talking about his dad/family which seems to always choke him up

2) he actually does leave and go home at F3???  But hoping not.  I guess a reuniting could happen back in the states although seems highly unlikely. Is it possible Des goes after him back home?[/quote]
