It looks like a one piece suit but it could be a tank top over a suit or with shorts. I'm guessing its most likely a one piece though.

I wasn't sure either which little one it was but looking at Paisley's and Kensington's pictures from their Instagrams it looks more like Paisley to me. But, that's jmo.

Kelly and Micheal just slammed SeanCat for "postponing" their summer wedding. This was a perfect response on twitter.
