Bloomers, we were talking about the video of Ashley on JKL the other night. JK had said, I don't know if you have anyone else in your apartment with you but if you do, I hope it's JP. He's the one you should have picked. She tells JK, oh, that's very sweet. Thank you for saying that. And then, at the very end, 4:54 on the 5:04 clip, you hear Ashley say: "bye JP, bye everyone"!! was it an oops?!?!

ETA-- oops! I see several beat me to the punch! That's what I get for being wordy!! :giggle:

I agree that that looks like a rose - but that doesn't look like a podium at all. They always set up something away from the perimeter, that just looks like part of the decorative edging. Wonder if maybe that was a staged FRC moment for added drama before they set it up with the podium and rose.

That could be. I've blown up the picture of the rock "with the rose" and I don't see anything that looks like a rose--just a darker spot on the rock. I've used the color enhancements too. If anyone has been able to actually show a rose, please post the enhanced picture.

I saw something that could be a red dot on that rock. Perhaps not lol.

But if not then she never inteneded handing out her final rose that morning to the guy that came just before she runs from the platform.

Do they keep the rose there for the F2 also ? I cannot remember previous seasons right now.

These are in their correct orientations -- refer to the image below...compare to the above pictures.
The one below and the ones above are taken from different camera angles (one is to the left of GSG and one is to his right infront of Ashley). GSG was/is standing to the right of the white rock holding the rose in the middle or right of the audience in the FRC location when looking out toward the ocean. The images above therefore means that he is walking away from the sun/FR/ocean/white rock toward the plank ... if he were walking to take his place infront of Ashley he would walk toward the sun/FR/ocean (or from that camera angle - towards the camera and to the right)...

therefore andres I don't think he's walking to take his place in front of her...
when u look at it in the videos it is flipped so it is misleading!

Just a theory on why she looks upset with who we think is F1. Sometimes the lead starts out talking about the journey and all that they've gone through, before they get to the point of telling F1 they love them. Maybe Ashely is talking about the process and all her hurt feelings (hopefully Bentley's name will NOT be mentioned!!) and then gets to the part about falling in love with him and how that made it all worth it. Just a thought!
